I didn’t have an opportunity to meet Susan, but I was personally touched by her compassion and kindness through extended prayers on her part and beautiful and loving stories shared by Ellen. I strongly suspect that I am one of countless “strangers” who have been blessed to feel her warmth and benefit from her graciousness.

To Pat, Ellen and John, may the love and strength of your wife and mother be with you today and carry you in the days to come. You and your extended family are in my thoughts on this difficult day.

It's been years since I have seen Aunt Susan, but I do remember seeing her when I was younger and she was always smiling. The love she had for Pat, her kids and their families was so evident. I wish I could have visited sooner. Thinking about all of you and sending extra hugs and prayers. Love you always, Tara.

Dear Pat, John, and Ellen,

I am so sorry that I am unable to be at your visitation tonight and the Service tomorrow. I am in Austin for my granddaughter's oboe recital and school play. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. May a lifetime full of happy memories comfort and sustain you these days and in the days to come.

May God keep you in the palm of his hand,

There are just no adequate words to describe this great loss of a dear friend. The comfort is that she now has a new body free from pain and limitations, a new name, and has been greeted by her Savior and all those saints who have gone before. "When we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be! When we all see Jesus, we'll sing and shout the victory!" Thursday at 2 o'clock Texas time, I will find a quiet spot and celebrate her life and remember all the wonderful times we shared and the fun adventures we had. Rest In Peace, dear friend. We will see you on the other side. ❤️

Mr. Osoinach and family. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. She was one of my favorite teachers in high school. I was just talking about our French class the other day. She will be greatly missed. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
