I am saddened to hear of Pat's passing and the great loss for his family and all the many friends whose lives were enriched by knowing Pat as teacher, preacher, counselor, & friend. My condolences to all. He will be greatly missed by all of us who were befriended and assisted by him.
I cherish fond memories of Pat as one of my favorite preachers at our little church at Charlie,Texas. He was an important influence for me in my formative years there.

My deepest sympathy to all his loved ones. He was my teacher at Old High. He was a very good and understanding man. May he Rest In Peace.

Elaine Baker

Argyle, TX

I called him, “Mr. Phelps.” He was my principal at FAIN School for many years. He was a gracious Christian man who helped train me as a teacher. I loved his jokes, and I loved his manner with the faculty and students. He was “top notch” in my book, and will be remembered for his love for Jesus, kindness and tender spirit. Thank you, Jesus, for Pat Phelps, who leaves a legacy of serving others through his church, his family, and his community. A little part of my life is living with Jesus right....love you❤️ Elaine Baker, retired school teacher
