My deepest sympathy for Ginger and their entire family. Kevin sounds like he was a remarkable young man. I only knew him as the youngest baby boy of the family when Ginger and I were such good friends. Prayers for family in this difficult time.

I am very sad to hear the news. My condolences to the family. Kevin and his family lived across the street, so we have many fond memories of him and his family as we grew up. Godspeed Kevin.

Tania, I am so sorry. I delighted in pledging KA with Kevin and missed him terribly when he left W&L. He was a fine guy, a good friend and an exemplary American. I can't believe our paths never crossed in Crested Butte, where my family vacations every year.

I met Kevin in 4th grade at Crockett Elementary in 1972, thus beginning a 48 year friendship. We went to Zundy and Old High together, playing football both for school and on Sunday afternoons in Morningside. I treasure the memories of Cardell Hairrill, Steve Backhaus, Kevin an myself goofing off, hanging around the Hairrill's pool after our summer jobs. Kevin used to drive a '57 Chevy; it was the vehicle of many good times, and played a part in more than one prank. I will always remember the fun trips to Windthorst and to the Peach Orchard.

Kevin, Steve, Cardell and I also attended UT together with Cardell, Kevin and myself rooming together in 1981. In Austin, we would occasionally hold "Wichita Falls" gatherings where assorted UT students from WF would socialize. We had a great time.

Kevin and I remained friends throughout the years; we shared an awesome fly fishing trip for bonefish in the Bahamas in 2015. The fishing trip down the Gunnison River with his brother Mike in 2018 was awesome as well.

Kevin was a generous man and a great friend. I will miss him.
