Barbara Kay (Quke) Foster, age 66, passed away on May 13, 2024 in Wichita Falls.

A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 16, 2024 in Lunn's Colonial Chapel with Pastor Chad Stubblefield officiating.

Barbara was born July 7, 1957 in Seattle WA. to Roger and Lanita (nee Chenny) Stoy

The Stoy family moved from Renton Wa. to Lakewood Wa. where Barbara graduated from Lakes High School. After working various jobs she was working at Hallmark in Tacoma Wa. where she met a young man who also worked at Hallmark. At first they disliked each other but over time they fell in love, got married, and had a son. He joined the Air Force and they were transferred to Wichita Falls. She got a job in Retail advertising at the local paper, Times Record News.

Barbara was a Loving wife and mother and a compassionate animal lover

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Lisa Stoy

Barbara is survived by her husband Pat, son Mackenzie, niece Zoe Stoy and brothers in law George and Kelly Foster
