Billy Collum, 79, of Wichita Falls, passed away on Wednesday, Feb 10, 2021. Memorial services will be Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Lunn 's Colonial Funeral Home with Steven Morrow officiating. Private interment will be at Holliday Cemetery. A son of John L. and Marie Butler Collum, Bill was born on July 24, 1941 in Sulpher Springs, Texas. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, John and Marie Collum, and his two siblings, Grover and Tommy Collum. Bill is survived by his children Tim, Billy, Linda and Paul, and his 8 grandchildren Levi, Andrew, Justin, Chris, Ryan, Chelsea, Blake.
