Billy Ray Todd, 79, of Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away on March 2, 2023.

A son of Walter Gray Todd and Bessie Beatrice (Clark), Billy was born on October 2, 1943, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Bill was the owner of Todd's Schwinn Bicycle Shop in Wichita Falls for over 15 years, where he developed lasting customer friendships.  Prior to the bicycle shop, he had a successful career for over 20 years with International Harvester/Navistar.  Bill enjoyed playing tennis, cycling and traveling in his younger days. More recently he has enjoyed spending time and keeping up with his grandkids as they have grown up.

Bill was preceded in death by his ex-wife Donna Todd; parents; and four brothers, Wayne B. Todd, Tim Todd, Walter Todd and Bobby Joe Todd.

He is survived by their two sons and their wives Steve and Christy Todd of Flower Mound, Texas; and Scott and Jennifer Todd of St. Augustine, Florida; grandchildren Austin, Madeline, Holden and Hayden; and sister, Dorothy Haynie of Houston, Texas.
