Bonnie Jo Hill, 95 of Wichita Falls went home to heaven on January 27 ,2025. Funeral services will be held for her at 1:00 PM, Monday, February 3, 2025 in Lunn's Colonial Chapel with Larry Shields of Faith Baptist Church officiating. The family welcomes friends to a visitation preceding the service from 12- 1:00 PM. Burial will follow the service in Crestview Cemetery.

Bonnie Jo Hill was born October 17, 1929 in Copeville, Texas to Ernest Cash and Muriel (Ripley) Cash. She attended schools in Wichita Falls and then graduated from Gainesville High School in 1947. She met the love of her life Robert Wayne Hill shortly after and the two where married March 16, 1949. Bonnie retired after working for the WFISD. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church where she was active in her Sunday school class and the Faith Singers. She volunteered her free time at the Family Life Center, the home bound ministry for years, as well as the House of Hope and the health center at Presbyterian Manor. Bonnie loved reading and playing bridge with her friends as well as gardening at her home she held with Wayne in Wichita Falls prior to moving to Presbyterian Manor. She loved to spend time with her grandkids and other family members. Bonnie enjoyed spending time in her last few years with niece Cheryl Downing and granddaughter Lindsay Stone

Bonnie was preceded in death by her wonderful husband Robert Wayne Hill; daughter Robin Elizabeth (Hill) Wood; her parents Ernest and Muriel Cash;  brothers,  JW Cash, Raymond Cash and Ernest Cash, Jr.; and sister Erma Dell McCall.

She is survived by her grandchildren: Robert Wood and wife Laura of Iowa Park TX, Lindsay Stone and husband Josh of City View, Jess Wood, Quintin Bailey, Christopher Wood, and son-in-law Max C. Wood Jr., all of Wichita Falls. Her great grandchildren: Madilynn Stone, James Drum, Taylor Cothran, Max Wood III, Katelynn Hoff, Alyssa Hoff, and Waylon Lewis; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and lots of friends and family.
