Carmen Arias DeLuna, 86, of Wichita Falls passed away on October 24, 2024.

A memorial service will be held on October 29th at 10:00 AM at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home with Tim Holley officiating. The family welcomes friends to a visitation following the service.

Carmen, the daughter of Trinidad and Marcelina Arias, was born January 23, 1938, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Carmen worked in Civil Services and retired after 35 years of service at Fort Hood, Texas and Sheppard Air Force Base. She moved with her family to Wichita Falls in 1980. She was known for her grace and style, she loved getting her hair done, dressing nicely, and never left the house without being well put together. She was an avid football fan who looked forward to cheering on her favorite teams, especially the Dallas Cowboys. Visits from family and friends brought her great joy, and she cherished every moment watching her children and grandchildren participate in rodeo events. Some of her favorite things included collecting Avon products, Dallas Cowboy calendars, candles, and enjoying episodes of Law & Order.

Carmen was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Joe and Alex Arias, sisters Mary Arias,Lupe Gomez, Victoria Arias, Midge Flores, and Lila Garcia; son Frankie DeLuna, and infant granddaughter TomiLee DeLuna.

She is survived by children Randy Gaitan and wife Kathy, Renee Howery and husband Brian, Sonny DeLuna and wife Jan, and Tommy DeLuna and wife Lili; Brother Trino Arias; grandchildren Lacey, Selene, Haley, Riley, Samantha, Ricky, Priscilla, Rainy, Lathum, Bethany, JT, Levi, Layton, and T.J.; 7 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
