Caroline Bailey Lancaster, 92, of Yakima, Washington, died 17 January 2024, at Hospice of Wichita Falls.

Caroline was born March 27, 1931, in Yakima, Washington, to Oliver and Eva Bailey.  She is survived by three children – William of Homer, Alaska; Ronald of Burkburnett, Texas; and Mark of Kansas City, Missouri; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Additionally, she's survived by her sister-in-law Nancy Bailey of Eagan Minnesota.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Eva Bailey; husband, John Lancaster III; sister, Mary VanAmberg; brother, Edwin Bailey; and son, John Lancaster IV.

Caroline entered the Army from 1950 to 1953 and married John Lancaster III in January 1953.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday January 22, at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home, in Wichita Falls, Texas, with Pastor Chad Stubblefield officiating.  Burial will be services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday January 24th at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Victoria Texas.
