Cecil Dale Kohl, 65, of Wichita Falls, passed away on December 15, 2021, at his home.

The family will receive friends at a visitation on Friday December 17 ^th , at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday December 18 ^th , at Lunn's Colonial Chapel with Pastor Mike Rucker officiating. Interment will follow at Rosemont Cemetery under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

A son of the late Edna Merle Hudson, Cecil was born on July 3, 1956, in Lawton, Oklahoma. He graduated from Fredrick High School in Fredrick, Oklahoma, in 1975 and attended college at Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma. He and Cynthia Lynn Dickerson married on April 22, 1994. They led a very active life in Wichita Falls, and he enjoyed traveling, camping, fishing, poking around in antique shops, and visiting with family and friends.

Cecil was preceded in death by his mother, Edna Hudson; his sister, Betty Pyburn; and his brother, William Wofford.

He is survived by his wife Cyndy Kohl of Wichita Falls; his son Brad Kohl of Wichita, Kansas; his son Brian Kohl of Tennessee Colony, TX; his son Brandon Kohl of Odessa, TX; and his daughter Courtney Duhan and husband Max of Wichita Falls, TX. He is also survived by his sister Etta Brace of Marietta, OK; his brother Andy Kohl and sister-in-law Lucy of San Antonio, TX; his sister Lydia Solenberg and husband Allen of Wichita Falls, TX; his sister Margarett Edwards and brother-in-law Roger of Marietta, OK; his brother Bobby Boxley of Marietta, OK; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Dwain and Lisa Dickerson of Iowa Park, TX; his father-in-law and mother-in-law Dwain and Rosemary Dickerson of Wichita Falls, TX; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a multitude of friends.
