Charles R. Law, 96, of Wichita Falls, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

The family will receive friends at a visitation from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 9th at Lunn's. Graveside services with full military honors will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 10th at Eakin Cemetery, near Ponder, in Denton County with Mr. Gary Rogers officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

A son of the late Eunice Mae (Poteet) and Clyde Law, Charles was born on January 28, 1930, in Justin, Texas. He served his country proudly in the United States Air Force for 26 years at numerous bases around the country, as well as Japan and Spain. He later worked 14 years in Civil Service at Tinker Air Force Base. Charles was a proud graduate of OSU, earning a BS in Business.

While many people have a green thumb, Charles was blessed with two. Having grown up on a farm, he learned how to cultivate beautiful landscapes, where he and Susie enjoyed working in the yard together. They loved traveling and visited 49 of the 50 states.  They also took cruises to various places around the world and especially loved spending time in Europe.

Along with his parents, Charles was also preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Law.

He is survived by his wife of 74 years, Tsuyoko "Susie" Law; his son Steven Law and wife, Nancy; grandson Trey Law and wife, Lexi; and great-granddaughter, Lane Law.
