Claire Campbell Ratliff, middle child of Russell and Mandy Chaddick Ratliff of Wichita Falls, born April 30, 2006 (17) who was imprisoned in an uncooperative and confining body by the very rare CDKL5 was released to sing and dance as she left that body to run into the loving arms of Jesus, Saturday, July 29, 2023.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 7th at Plainview Memorial Park, Plainview, Texas, under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home. Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m. on  Tuesday, August 8th at Faith Baptist Church, 3001 Southwest Parkway, Wichita Falls, Texas, with Pastor Craig Lile and Dr. Chad Chaddick officiating.

Claire was known for her beautiful curly hair, dark brown eyes, and though non-verbal, her creativity to express herself and protect her space. She brought much joy and love and strengthened our faith. Plus she was a magnet for people and children.

She is survived by her parents; two sisters, Hope of Dallas and Molly of the home; grandparents, Don and Charla Ratliff of Purcell, OK; and RoGene and Nancy Chaddick of Wichita Falls; aunt, Shanae and husband, Blake Hilgenfeld of Norman, OK; with cousins, Davis and Kathryn; uncle, Chad Chaddick and wife, Marci; with cousin, Mia of San Marcos, TX.
