Daniela Johnson, born January 8, 1986, met her Heavenly Father face to face on February 4, 2021.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 11 ^th at First Baptist Church with Dr. Bob McCartney officiating.

Daniela was born in Mexico City and raised in Puebla, Mexico, where she met Ryan at church camp.  She graduated from Medical School 2012 in Mexico City to follow Ryan to the US where they were married March 2, 2012. They lived in Virginia for 4 years before settling in Wichita Falls.

In 2019 Dani and Ryan were blessed with James Alexander; being a mother was a final check mark in her life goals. Daniela served as Chief resident of the Wichita Falls Family Practice Residency Program Class of 2018.  She was recognized by her peers for her leadership, intelligence, integrity and warm treatment of those around her- from Medical staff to patients and continuing through her work at Community Health Care Center, Hospice Plus and various other organizations, making a difference with all those that came into contact with her.

With a smile that lit up the room and an infectious laugh, Dani lived a purposeful life full of energy, love, compassion, and strength.  She was an incredibly bright young physician who treated each of her patients with the greatest care. Dani enjoyed countless outdoor activities from scuba diving to hunting. Her love for the outdoors was only exceeded by her love for God and family.  She spent time with God each morning (over several cups of coffee) and countless hours praying for the people she loved. Her favorite thing of all was to be with her family. Dani poured her everything into her roles of wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and doctor.

To put it simply, Dani was a force of nature whose very presence made the world a brighter place.

Dani is survived by her greatest loves; her husband Ryan and son James and their three dogs.

Flower arrangements should be sent to First Baptist Church on Thursday prior to the service.
