Daryl Sanchez passed away on January 17, 2021, in Wichita Falls.

Rosary will be February 1 ^st at 6:00 p.m. at Lunn's Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 2 ^nd at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

Daryl was born on September 4, 1950, in Sterling, Colorado, to Martha Garcia. He married his beloved wife Vickie on Feberuary 19, 1974. They were married 47 years. He worked in an auto body shop for over 45 years. Daryl liked to watch his Yankees and Cowboys play. But his passions were watching his grandkids grow, play sports and spending time with his family.

Daryl was preceded in death by his wife Vickie Sanchez; his parents Ben and Martha Garcia; sisters Sue Gayton, Mary Pursel and Pauline Sanchez; brother Bobby Sanchez; brothers-in-law Felix Galindez and Robert Gomez; mother-in-law and father-in-law Frank and Sarah Perez; brother-in-law John R. Munoz, and Greg and Mary Villarreal.

Survivors include sons Darryl Sanchez and wife, Libby; Tommy Joe Sanchez; brothers Tony Ramos and wife Anita; Paul Sanchez and wife Carol; and David Sanchez; sisters Angel Galindez, Lydia Vaquez and Vicenta Gomez; sisters-in-law Frances Munoz, Lou Ozuna and husband John; and Lucy Perez; brothers-in-law Frank Perez and wife Connie; Jake Perez and wife Rita; and Phillip Perez; grandchildren Isaac Sanchez and wife Alana, Andrianna; Elizabeth, Alexandra, Isayah and Iyana Sanchez; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
