David Edward Veigl, 60, of Wichita Falls, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

David was born on August 6, 1963, at Sheppard Air Force Base Hospital to Glenda Margaret (Otto) and Clement C. Veigl. He attended Rider High School and retired from the North Texas State Hospital. He was an avid lover of the outdoors. He enjoyed flying kites, hunting, fishing, and spending time at Lake Nocona.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Glenda Veigl; his sister, Renee Epp; and brother-in-law, Paul Epp

He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Clayton and husband, Aaron; grandchildren Gunner, Sammy and Glenna; his father, Clem Veigl; brothers, Ron Veigl and wife, Ruby; Mark Veigl and wife, Jane; and Greg Veigl and wife, Angie; his former wife, Tami Veigl; numerous nieces and nephews; dog, Baby Girl; along with many friends who loved and will miss him.
