Dorothy T. Henderson, 94, of Wichita Falls, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022.

The family will receive friends at a visitation from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday, May 4 ^th at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. with Deacon Jim Bindel officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

The daughter of the late Milada and Rudolph Pechacek, Dorothy was born on October 5, 1927, in Crowell, Texas. She graduated from Crowell High School then moved to Quanah, Texas, after graduation.  There she met her husband Bobby Henderson, and they were married in 1951. The couple moved to Chillicothe where she became a coach's wife and mother of four children.  Dorothy was an avid card and domino player. She has been a member of Our Lady of Queen of Peace since 1964 upon moving to Wichita Falls.

Along with her parents, Dorothy was also preceded in death by her daughter Sandra; husband Bobby; sisters Margie Wilson and Irene Lawn; and brother Dan Pechacek.

She is survived by daughter Deborah Henderson; sons, Bob Henderson and wife Vickie; and Gary Henderson and wife Liz.  Dorothy, lovingly known as Mamuse, is also survived by 6 grandchildren; Chad Henderson and wife Jessica; BJ Henderson and wife Brittany; Sarah Geffert and husband Jason; Greg Henderson and wife Kadie; Tommy Henderson and wife Simone; and Ben Henderson and wife Matti; eleven and a half great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by one brother, Leon Pechacek and wife Ginger.
