Elizabeth Dianne Hayes Lear, 74, of Krum, Texas, passed away in her home on April 10, 2024, surrounded by family.  She was born on August 30, 1949, in Oklahoma and adopted by Frank and Vera Hayes of Wichita Falls, Texas. She grew up in Wichita Falls and graduated from Old High.

Dianne was passionate about life and always on the go to activities that her daughters and grandsons were involved in - she was their biggest supporter.  She never missed an opportunity to share a life lesson or to remind them how much she loved them.  She was a people person who always found the good in everyone. This made her a perfect fit for the hospitality, dental and sport communities she was involved in.

She was preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by her brother, Ronnie Hayes; three daughters - Stephanie Lear, Kristi Lear, Paula Graves and husband Mark; three grandsons - Austin Givens and wife Taylor, Andrew Graves and Jessica Nalley, Grayson Cooper Lear; one great granddaughter - Palmer Givens and her best friend, Annette Gentry.

A Celebration of Life is planned for April 27, 2024, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Venue79 located at 2954 Highway 79 South, Wichita Falls, Texas, 76310.
