Eugene Skinner was born in Breckenridge, Texas, on August 18, 1926 to Rev. W.O and Mrs. Ada Cross Anderson. She peacefully left this world March 25, 2024 after a brief admission to Hospice of Wichita Falls. Eugene was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, two sisters, her husband Eddie J. Skinner, four sons, and one grandson. She is survived by a devoted daughter, Gwen Trahan (Atlanta, GA), loving daughter-in-law, Kim Strait (Grand Prairie, TX), precious grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life service will be held April 3, 2024 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 809 Harding Street, Wichita Falls, TX. Visitation 10:00 – 10:45am with services at 11:00am.
