Evelyn Marie Sims Bailey, 76, of Wichita Falls, formerly of Oklahoma City, passed away on June 18, 2022.

A graveside service will be held at Rose Hill Burial Park in Oklahoma City, OK, at 10:00 a.m. on June 24, 2022. A memorial service will be held at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home in Wichita Falls, TX, at 4:00 p.m. on June 24, 2022.

Friends and family are welcome at both services.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Robert C. (Bob) Bailey, parents Menford Ray Sims and Arlene Marie Sutphin Sims, brothers Victor Sims and Arlie Sims, sister Mary Baker, and grandson Andrew Raymond Duncan.

Evelyn is survived by her sisters Ruth Reddell (Tom) and Denise Scheidt (John), Bob's children Robert D. Bailey (Gretchen), Kadion Lilly (Kevin), Kris Bailey, Kathleen Duncan (Ron), her grandchildren Chase Lilly (Carly), Ciera Wallace (Andrew), Meredith Richmond (Mark), Elizbeth Duncan, David Duncan (Danielle), Adam Duncan, Peter Duncan, and Margaret Duncan, seven great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Association or All Souls' Episcopal Church in Oklahoma City.
