Frances Dean Moer, 92, of Wichita Falls, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 21, 2021.

The family will receive friends at a visitation from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 25 ^th at Lunn's. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 26 ^th at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

A daughter of the late Ruth Bailey and Garland Watts, Frances was born on August 24, 1928, in Seymour.  She grew up there and on December 22, 1945, she married the love of her life, LeRoy Carl Moer, in Wichita Falls. They were happily married for 63 years.  She was a homemaker most of her life and devoted her life to others.  Frances was a beloved wife, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She dedicated her life to her children, her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren as well as her extended family and friends.  There was not a stranger she met and always welcomed anyone into her home with loving, open arms.  She loved to bake and her favorite dish to make was banana pudding. She also loved gardening and had the most beautiful flowers and plants in her backyard, which she often referred to as her "oasis".  Her laugh would light up a room and she gave the biggest bear hugs and always made sure you knew you were loved.   She was the glue and the center of her family. She loved so big, everyone around her felt it.

Along with her parents, Frances was also preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Moer, her beloved daughter, Lisa Gayle and her sister, Mildred Smith

She is survived by her son;  Tracy Moer of Wichita Falls, granddaughter; Tiffani Rivers and her husband Louis, of Allen, grandsons; Jake & Justin Moer, of Wichita Falls, and her great grandchildren; Cash, Jace, Jordon, Jaxon and Jenneson.
