Gertrude E. "Trudy" Hughes, 103, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 2nd at Pioneer Cemetery in Graham, Texas, with Pastor Chad Stubblefield officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

A daughter of the late Mae and William McMennany, Trudy was born on September 4, 1920, in Bryan County, Oklahoma. Of the twelve children born to this family, Trudy was the last living sibling.

Along with her parents, Trudy was also preceded in death by a grandson, Tracy in 1981; and her second husband, Cecil in 1987.

She is survived by her daughter, Patsy Murdock of Oklahoma City, OK; a granddaughter, Robin Yoakum of Wichita Falls.
