Glenda Sue Walker of Wichita Falls passed away Sunday, June 22, 2025, at the age of 80.

She was born September 2, 1944 in Jacksboro to Monte and Christine (Bratcher) Moore. She graduated from Archer City High School in 1962.

Sue married Gordon C. Walker, Jr. March 25, 1982. They enjoyed 43 years of marriage. She worked in banking for many years. She enjoyed caring for her family, making sure there was something sweet to eat, and playing cards and dominos with family and friends. She was a member of First Baptist Church, serving in her Sunday school class and cooking for others in their time of need and on special occasions.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents and sister and brother-in-law J.B. and Pauline Johnson.

Survivors include her husband, Gordon; son Damon Pickett and wife  Lisa of Wichita Falls; daughter Danni Jacobs and husband Clay of Baird; stepchildren Monty Walker and wife Melissa, Lanny Walker and wife Ophelia and Rene Sigafus, all of Wichita Falls; granddaughters Mandi Freeman and husband Chris, Amber Smith, Rachel Moreno and husband Gilbert, Kaylee Haisten and husband Josh, Meagan Torres and husband Dallas, and Selah Sigafus; great-grandchildren Tatum, Milly, Ellie, Memphis, Royal, Adley, and Parklyn.

Funeral services will be 10:00 am Thursday June 26, 2025 at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home with Lanny Walker and Clay Jacobs officiating. Burial will be at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Lunn's Colonial.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Hospice of Wichita Falls.
