James Perry Stipe, 77, of Wichita Falls, Texas passed away on July 2, 2022.

A son of the late James Leonard Stipe and Lula Mae Cox, James Perry was born on July 31, 1944, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

James served in the Marine Corps from 1966 to 1968.  He was deployed to Vietnam during that time.

James was also employed in civil service at Sheppard AFB, Texas.

James was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Leota Mae Harvey and Billie J. Broughton and his brother, Floyd Stipe.  His companion, Anna Ono passed in 2017.

He is survived by his sisters, Jeyne King and Jayne Wiist both of Wichita Falls and numerous nieces and nephews.
