Jo Boyett, 83, of Wichita Falls, Texas, went home to be with the lord on March 9, 2024.

Jo Boyett was born on October 22, 1940, in Tioga, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Howard Mullins and Pauline (Williams) Mullins. She moved to Wichita Falls in 1952, where she graduated from Wichita Falls High school in 1957. She started her nursing career in 1965 at the Wichita Falls Clinic. She retired from nursing in 1980, where she joined her husband Kent in the restaurant business.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bill Mullins and Dick Mullins.

She is survived by her husband, Kent Boyett; daughter, Dawn Dockum and husband Terrell; sons, Rob Laurick and Tracy Laurick; sister-in-law, Pam Boyett; grandchildren, Clint Thompson and wife Misty, Shannon Dockum and Heather Dockum; great grandchildren, Jacob Davenport, Paige Davenport, Dominic Martinez, and Zachery Martinez; and great great granddaughter, Nilah Martinez.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday March 14, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Tioga Cemetery  in Tioga, Texas.
