Johnny Sullivan Clark of Wichita Falls, graduated from this life to his heavenly reward on January 15, 2022 at the age of 85 years. The family will receive friends at a visitation from 12:00 PM until service time on Saturday, January 22nd at Heritage Church, 2216 Southwest Parkway. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM with Pastors Tim Puckett, Ron Barnard, and Dr. Thumper Miller officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

A son of the late John Griffin Clark and Myrtle Lee (Coursey),  Johnny was born on August 24, 1936, in Baum, Oklahoma. Johnny first began attending South Side Assembly of God in 1954 and became a member of Heritage Church in 2000. He served as the song leader for many years. He served on several church boards, and went overseas to assist building new churches. He graduated SMU in 1973. He was awarded the Meritus Award in 2006. He worked at City National Bank 1955 – 1986 and American National Bank 1986 - 2010 (Sr. Vice President & Branch Manager) downtown. He was on the board for Salvation Army and a bell ringer. Johnny served in the US Army from November 1960 – October 1966.

Johnny leaves his cherished & devoted wife Helen Clark of 50+ years. Johnny would lead the song service and Helen would accompany him on the piano. He loved his family deeply, going on motorcycle trips with church family, and just being with each other. He lived his life loving the Lord, his family and friends and spending time with those he loved.

Along with his parents, Johnny was also preceded in death by a daughter Sharon Renee' Clark;  and 5 of 6 siblings, A.C., Julius, Lavada, Winnie, and Naomi.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50+ years, Helen Clark; children Rickey (wife Fran), Vickie (husband Lonnie), Tammye (husband Randy), Mark (wife Julia), and Tracy (husband Thumper).Grandchildren; Amber, Ashley, Ben, Ryan, Jordan, John, Madison, Kiersten, Arden, Aaron, Cody, Josh, Jon, Jordan, Jessica; 19 great-grandchildren;  and a sister Geraldine and numerous extended family members.
