Kevin Greear, 66, passed away on July 22, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, kindness, and unforgettable stories and fun memories.

Memorial services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 1st at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home, 2812 Midwestern Parkway, Wichita Falls, Texas.

Kevin was born on October 26, 1959, in Lawton, Oklahoma, where he was born and raised. He graduated from Lawton High School, where he formed lifelong friendships that became family. Known as the school's photographer and the life of every party, Kevin had a gift for making people smile and bringing others together. He later graduated from Cameron University and built a career in business, but also pursued one of his greatest passions—photography.

Kevin had an incredible eye for beauty and a remarkable talent for capturing life's most meaningful moments. Whether photographing family gatherings, special celebrations, or one of his breathtaking Oklahoma sunsets, he had a way of preserving memories that others would cherish for years to come. More often than not, Kevin was the one behind the camera, making sure everyone else was included in the picture.

Kevin had a lifelong love of music. He delighted in discovering new bands and sharing them with family and friends, while never losing his love of reminiscing on timeless classics. Whether it was rock, blues, country, or another genre, he loved experiencing live music whenever he could. Those who knew him best will remember how truly happy and at peace he was when he was rocking out to his favorite songs, surrounded by the people he loved.

A dedicated and hardworking professional, Kevin proudly spent 37 years with the same company, earning the respect and admiration of his coworkers through his loyalty, integrity, and strong work ethic.

Above all else, Kevin was devoted to his family. He was the proud father of Ryan and Michelle, and nothing brought him greater joy than talking about his children and celebrating their accomplishments. Kevin met the love of his life, Tricia, and the two built a beautiful life together before marrying in 2012. Their family grew to include Tricia's children, David and Kelsey, whom Kevin loved as his own. Together, Kevin and Tricia embraced life with enthusiasm, spending weekends attending concerts, community events, and planning their next adventure with family and friends. Their love for one another was unmistakable, and Kevin never missed an opportunity to surprise Tricia with flowers, just because.

Kevin had a servant's heart and a joyful spirit. At every gathering, he made it his mission to check on everyone, making sure they felt welcome and were having a good time. His goofy sense of humor, warm smile, and infectious laugh could brighten any room. Friends and family remember him as jovial, sweet, generous, and endlessly fun to be around. He had a unique way of making every person feel valued, and loved. Kevin was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and had a remarkable gift for bringing people together. He was often the peacemaker, offering kindness, understanding, and a calming presence to those around him.

Kevin's greatest gift was not the photographs he captured, but the memories he created. His kindness, laughter, unwavering love, and genuine care for others will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Kevin is survived by his beloved wife, Tricia Greear; his children, Ryan and Michelle; his stepdaughter, Kelsey; along with countless extended family members and dear friends whose lives were forever enriched by his love and friendship.

Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that every sunset, every family photograph, and every shared laugh will forever remind us of Kevin. His love will continue to guide us, and his memory will remain a treasured part of our lives.
