Kyle Monaghan Tackitt, 44, of Denver, Colorado, died on Monday, May 29, 2023.

Kyle was born and raised in Wichita Falls. Growing up, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending weekends at Possum Kingdom Lake with family and friends.

Kyle loved making music and combing flea markets for small vintage treasures. He saw beauty in the ordinary. Nothing made him happier than living in the Rocky Mountains with his dog, Marley; his best friend and companion. Kyle was an old soul, a loyal friend and a very loving uncle.

Kyle is survived by his mother, Amy Monaghan Tackitt; father, Glen Tackitt; brother, Kris Tackitt and wife, Alexis; sister, Kara Tackitt Hughes and husband, Taft; nieces and nephews, Kinley and Konner Tackitt, and River, Merritt, and Sam Hughes.

A private service was held on June 10th at Lake Dillon in Colorado.

The family asks that any memorial contributions be made to the Denver Animal Shelter in honor of Kyle's love for animals.
