LaDonna Kay Mitchell, 82, of Wichita Falls, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 5 ^th at Lunn's Chapel. Interment will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7 ^th at Stroud Cemetery in Stroud, Oklahoma, under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

A daughter of the late Buenos (Ayres) and Howell Thrash, LaDonna was born on December 9, 1939, in Oklahoma. LaDonna went to school and graduated in Wichita, Kansas where she met her Husband William Mitchell Jr.

They raised their family in Wichita, Kansas until settling in Stroud, Oklahoma where she found her love for arts and crafts. LaDonna and husband opened their own Western Auto, along with Western Auto Ceramics followed by her own floral shop, Chandler Floral. She loved all holidays that brought her family together, her favorite being Christmas. She enjoyed every minute being together.

Along with her parents, LaDonna was also preceded in death by Her Spouse William Edward Mitchell Jr.; her Brothers Richard "Butch" Thrash, Ralph Trash, Ross Eugene Thrash; her sisters Dowana Harrison and Little Nellie Thrash; her Daughter Lynn Ann Weise; and Granddaughter Stephanie Dawn Mitchell.

She is survived by 3 children, William Edward "Eddie" III (Deanna) Mitchell, Tonya (Randy) Crumpton and daughter Tammy Mitchell; grandchildren Shannon Ingram, Robert "Bobby" Mitchell, Jake Ready, Nikki Ready, Joe Ready, Eithen Ready, Seth Crumpton, Connor Crumpton, Callie Mitchell; plus a whole slew of great grandchildren; she also leaves behind brother Gary Trash.
