Lynette Bell Samuel, 77 of Wichita Falls, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2022.

A daughter of the late Clara Mae (Phillips) and Raymond A. Bell, she was born on July 13, 1945, in Crowell, Texas. She met the love her life, the late Jim Samuel in Vernon during high school. They married on August 11, 1961, then began their lives in Wichita Falls, building a beautiful family together. Both enjoyed long, successful careers in cosmetology, making lifelong friends with customers and colleagues. Lynette enjoyed coaching her kids in sports, along with being their biggest fans. She was an avid golfer, along with Jim, winning several tournaments along the way. She loved a good garage sale, enjoyed reading and cooking, playing Bingo and being with her grandkids. She was also passionate about delivering for Meals on Wheels.

She is survived by her children Jimmy Samuel, Cylisa Spragins, husband Neill, Susan Litke, husband Bryan, Debbie Ripperger and husband Todd, as well as her brother Kenneth Bell, sister Carolyn Thomas, brother-in-law Garner Samuel and wife Charlotte. She leaves behind her grandkids, Brayden Burgess, Lauren Spragins, Lexi Samuel, Blake Litke, wife Kayleigh, Kayla Litke, Grant Ripperger and Kenzie Ripperger, along with her great grandkids, Bryce, Baylor, Kenzleigh, Nollie, and several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents and husband, Jim, Lynette is preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Marcella Bell.

The family will receive friends at a visitation from 6:00pm to 7:00pm on Monday, November 21, 2022, at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home in Wichita Falls. Graveside services will be at 1:00pm on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Eastview Cemetery in Vernon. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.
