Marion Alphonse Kuehler of Wichita Falls passed away on September 4th, 2026, surrounded by his loving wife and children.

He was born July 28th, 1945, in Rhineland, Texas. After high school, he graduated from Midwestern State University obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1967. Prior to starting his professional career, he served his country as a decorated Army Captain and Aviator in the Vietnam War. He spent his professional life as an accountant and small business owner. He was known for being devoted to his family, his friends, and his Catholic faith.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Gayle and their children Angela Nelson (Greg) and Chris Kuehler (Jennifer), their grandchildren Dilyn Addis, Alexandra St. Cyr, Garrison Kuehler, Clark Nelson, Madeline Kuehler, and Gabrielle Kuehler, and three great grandchildren, and sisters Suzan Thompson, Mary Landrum, Deborah Anderson, Beth Arnold, and Lou Ann Brookshire, he was preceded in death by his parents, Alphonse and Mary Kuehler, his in-laws Mr. and Mrs. Norman Clark, and his son Andy Kuehler.

A Rosary service will be held at Lunn’s funeral home at 6:00pm followed by visitation at 6:30pm on Thursday September 10th, with the Funeral Mass at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church at 10:00am on Friday September 11th. The Rite of Committal and Military Honors will follow in the Hinson Cemetery in Red Springs, Texas.
