Norma J. Noe, 87, of Fort Worth Texas passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, November 5, 2023 to be with her Lord.

Born to Carl and Rose (Schlabs) Moer in Rhineland, Texas on January 11, 1936 and was raised in Iowa Park, TX. She married Russell J. Noe, October 17, 1953, in Wichita Falls, TX until his passing on October 3, 1979.

Norma was a retired cafeteria worker from Lockheed Martin. She had many talents as a seamstress, crafter and many other fun-loving talents. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt to a multitude of family whom she shall be missed

She is survived by her sons David Wayne Noe and wife Shirley of East Alton, Illinois; Gregory Allen Noe, wife Kathleen of Bowie, Texas; Edward Russell Noe, wife Alice of St Louis, Missouri; Sandra Gail Mann, husband Dirk Allan of Fort Worth, Texas; Bruce Anthony Noe of Lexington, Kentucky; 20+ grandchildren and 20+ great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandsons Dustin Mann, Tony Demetres, granddaughters Amanda Mann, Sarah Connor, great-grandson Samuel Pruitt, and nephew Tracy Moer.

Visitation: Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home, Wichita Falls, Texas, on Friday, November 10th 2023, at 6:00p.m. Catholic Services at 10:00am Saturday, November 11th 2023, at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Chapel, Wichita Falls, Texas.  Deacon Brent Catlin will officiate the services. Norma will be laid to eternal rest at the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Wichita Falls, Texas.
