Patricia A. Garcia, 72, of Wichita Falls, passed away on December 24, 2020.
The family will receive friends at a visitation from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 28th at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, December 29th in Lunn's Colonial Chapel with Pastor Ryan Hawley officiating. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.
A daughter of the late Josephine (Barron) and Jesus Armendarez, Patricia was born on May 5, 1948, in Wichita Falls, Texas. She loved collecting old jewelry, spending time with her grandchildren and family, her dog and constant companion Rosie, as well as taking road trips to nearby casinos. She made a lasting impression on all that met her.
Along with her parents, Patricia was also preceded in death by her husband, Amador H. Garcia; sister Alice Sanchez; brothers Richard Armendarez and Genaro Armendarez.
Patricia is survived by her children; Sonya Garcia (Farron Casteel), Adriana Sosa (Raul Sosa), Amador Garcia Jr. (Delia Esquibel), Patricia Lindley (Nicholas Barrett), Kristy Hawley (Ryan Hawley), Daniel Garcia, her sibilings Jesse Gonzales, Reuben Armendarez, Jose Armendarez and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
