Rev. Ruben Sauceda, a loving husband and father, passed away peacefully on May 24th, 2025, at the age of 58 in Wichita Falls, Texas.

The family will receive friends at a visitation from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29th at Lunn's. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 30th at City Hope Church, 4301 Cedar Elm Ln, with Rev. Samuel Sauceda officiating. Interment will follow at Rosemont Cemetery under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

Ruben was born on March 14, 1967, in Olton, Texas, to Alicia Hernandez and Rev. Jesus G. Sauceda. Rev Ruben Sauceda served as Pastor at The Rock Worship Center Church for 8 years and founded The Rock Church Of God for five years, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of countless individuals. He was known for his many musical talents in Grupo Ebenezer and Relentless. He was also known for his powerful spirit filled sermons, and traveling to evangelize. Ruben was a hard worker and loved Painting (Ruben's Paint Contracting) hunting, fishing, guns, barbecue cook outs, his dogs Tyson and Rocky and spending time with family.

Ruben was preceded in death by his father Rev. Jesus G. Sauceda, his sister Olga Corral, and his brother Daniel Sauceda.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Trina M. Sauceda; his son Ruben Ray Sauceda, his daughter Jennifer Diane Sauceda, and his daughter Rachel Anita Sauceda all of Wichita Falls. His mother Alicia Holgin, his brother Jessie and wife Peggy Sauceda, his sister Gracie and husband Bernabe Segura, his brother David and wife Lupe Sauceda, his brother Joe Sauceda, his brother Samuel and wife Rebecca Sauceda and his brother Saul and wife Ann Sauceda. Including many nephews and nieces.
