Russell Davis Menard, 57, of Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away on September 14, 2026.

Russell was born November 9, 1968, to parents Nancy (Davis) Menard and Dr. Tracy Menard. He was a graduate of Rider High School where he was a member of the band in the drum corp and sang in the acapella choir. Russell was also very active in local community theater. He graduated from MSU with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. He was a musician and songwriter and wrote over 20 original songs. Russell was known for his kind and caring nature and his sharp wit.

He is survived by his parents, Dr. Tracy & Nancy Menard; brother, Richard Menard and wife, Brandi, of Newcastle, TX; and sister, Margaret Kazmer, and husband, Chuck of Eufaula, OK. He is also survived by nephews, Reagan Menard, MaCrae Menard, Jack Menard, Patrick Kazmer, Nicholas Kazmer and nieces Chloe Menard & Lauren Kazmer.
