Ryan Michael Holland passed away to spend Eternity with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 12, 2024, after a courageous battle with colon cancer.

Ryan was born in Wichita Falls, TX, on September 30,1977, to Randy and Alexa Holland.  Ryan graduated from Rider High School where he was a member of the golf team.  He attended Oklahoma State University, graduating with a biology degree. He loved supporting the OSU golf, football and basketball teams. He was a volunteer for more than 20 years for the AJGA golf tournaments, Division I Regional and National tournaments held at Karsten Creek.  While attending OSU, he began his career with Nomadics, a small science, engineering and technology company.  He spent 25 years as an explosive scientist developing detection products that help keep communities safe all over the world. Nomadics Technologies became the interest of several companies and was acquired by the investment company ICX, then Flir Systems and most recently Teledyne Technologies. Ryan became Product Manager for their explosive and narcotics detection products.  Ryan loved the outdoors, spending time in his yard and flowerbeds and sharing time with friends in the Colorado mountains fly fishing and hiking.  He was happiest exploring and enjoying God's beautiful creation.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Virgil and Charla Klinkerman and grandfather Billy J. Holland. He is survived by his parents, Randy and Alexa, sister, Natalie Harris and husband Dan, nieces Audrey and Ellen, nephews Benjamin and Caleb, his grandmother, Nadine Holland, aunts and uncles, Carlene and Martin Trones, Mike and Pat Holland, Laura and Frank Andrajack, 10 cousins and all of their children.

Services will be directed by Lunn's Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 18 at Lunn's Chapel, 2812 Midwestern Pkwy, Wichita Falls.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 19 at Grace Church, 5214 Stone Lake Dr., Wichita Falls.  Reggie Coe and Joe Cook will officiate.  Interment will follow at Crestview Cemetery.
