Sharon Brown of Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024 at the age of 84.

Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3rd at the Anglican Church of the Good Shepherd, 1007 Burnett Street, Wichita Falls, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

Sharon was born August 9, 1939, in Omaha, Nebraska, to the late Mildred (Jensen) and Lawrence Loman. She attended Crockett Elementary, Zundy Jr High and Wichita Falls High School. She was a member of Church of the Good Shepherd for almost 70 years and a member of The Daughters of the King.  She was a Special Education Aid for 30 years for WFISD.

Sharon was a devoted wife, wonderful mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She enjoyed spending time in prayer and reading God's word.  She shared her faith following Christ's example of drawing people to the Lord.

Along with her parent, Sharon was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Hamilton Brown.

She is survived by three children: Bert Brown (Denise) of Wichita Falls; Brady Brown of Amarillo, TX; and Shannon Bernard of Irving, TX; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and sister Lynda Myers (Bob) of Temple, TX.
