Sharon Ann Lam, 82, of Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away on December 1, 2025.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 6th at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Rosemont Cemetery under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

A daughter of the late Edwin L. and Dorothy (Ward) Terbush, Sharon was born on April 28, 1943 in Abilene, Texas.  While her father was in Europe fighting in WWII, Sharon and her mother lived with her Aunt Monte Beth and her "twin" cousin Melinda.  In 1961 she married Michael Lam and they raised four sons. Sharon loved to cook for large family gatherings and was known to try her hand at exotic recipes.  She was an avid reader and loved doing puzzles.  She had a soft spot for animals and always had one or two pets as part of the household.  She cherished time spent with her family, especially her 7 grandchildren.

Sharon worked for the Wichita County District Clerk's office and eventually went back to school to get her teaching degree from Midwestern State University.  She was employed for many years by the WFISD as a bilingual ESL teacher.  She loved her students and helped them not only in the classroom, but also helped their families however she was able.  She was, and still is, beloved for those efforts.

Sharon was preceded in death by her son, Scott Ramsey Lam, her brother Ed Terbush, and her parents.

She is survived by her sons, Christopher Michael, Mark Edwin and David Elie, wife Alicia.  She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren: Abigail Lam Morrow (Zach), Grace Lam Green (Jacob), Elie Thomas Lam, Elizabeth Charlsie Lam, Allison Lam Guerrero (Jacob), Michael Riley Lam  & Sara Marie Lam.  Sharon also is survived by one great grandchild, Adrian Jacob Green.

The family would like to thank the staff of The Gables at Rolling Meadows and Hospice of Wichita Falls for the loving care she received over the past couple of years.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls.
