Steven Guy Hudman, beloved husband, father, son, and Pa was born on March 9 1974, and passed away on June 22, 2024, at the age of 50, leaving behind a legacy of uncommon love and hardworking inspiration.

Steve graduated from Albany High School in 1992 where he met the love of his life Kelly Thompson. They were married August 5th, 1994, and had a wonderful life together for nearly 30 years. He was a devoted and loving father who taught his kids to be uncommon and to be the hardest workers in the room. He was known for doing anything and everything for anyone who needed it and for his pranks and crazy antics that would light up every room. He would go the extra mile and make sure that everyone felt included. He was a Christian man who shared God's love with everyone he knew.

Steve graduated from San Angelo State University in 1999 with a Bachelor in Kinesiology, and received his Master in Education/Sport and Recreational Management from Hardin-Simmons University in 2005. He went on to work in Higher Education for 14 years and was currently working as the Vice President of Operations for the YMCA of Wichita Falls.

Steve is survived by his loving wife, Kelly of Wichita Falls; his son, Bret Hudman and wife, Abigail of Northlake; his daughter, Baleigh Minkner and husband, Aaron of Wichita Falls; his son, Bryce Hudman and fiancé, Skyler of Saginaw; his son, Brock Hudman and girlfriend, Brooke of Wichita Falls; his grandchildren, Luka, Leo, and Faith. He is also survived by his parents Melvin and Lisa Hudman of Haslet; his sister, Melisa Snyder and husband, Tristan of Southlake; his brother, Joe Hudman and his wife, Melissa of Arvada CO; and his grandmother, Jolene Hudman of Haslet. He is survived by loving in-laws, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a long list of long-time friends.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 – 3:00 PM, June 29, 2024 at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home Chapel in Wichita Falls TX. We are planning a memorial service in the near future. More information to come soon. Any contributions made on Steve's behalf can be made to
