Tincy E. Hogan, 91, of Wichita Falls, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 5, 2022.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 12 ^th at Faith Village Church of Christ with Tincy's nephew Mark Coley, Kerrville, Texas, officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

Tincy was born on December 25, 1930, in Thornberry, Texas, to W.H. Morris and Julia James Morris. She grew up in the Charlie-Thornberry area and graduated from Wichita Falls High School.  On September 1, 1952, Tincy and John Dalton Hogan were married in Lawton, Oklahoma. After moving to Wichita Falls, they became members of Faith Village Church of Christ where they attended for well over sixty years. Tincy worked for the American Red Cross for 35 years, retiring at age 65.

Tincy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was always there for her friends. Her life provided them with a wonderful example of a Christian woman.

Along with her parents, Tincy was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, John in 2013; her sisters, Connie Ruth Morris, Bonnie Pharries and Wille Mae Frances Gensler; and a brother, Raymond "Bud" Morris; and son-in-law, Jorl Reed.

She is survived by her three children, Susan Darter and husband David; John Lane Hogan and his wife, Mary Sue; and Nancy Reed, all of Wichita Falls; sister, Ethel Faye Coley, of Kerrville, TX, who will be in attendance at the service on Monday; sister-in-law, Linda Tucker and her husband, Benny of Athens, TX; five grandchildren, Dr. Shane Hord and wife, Rachel; Mandy Policky and husband, Andy; Rose Cotton and husband, Chris; David Paul Darter, and Melody Hogan Smith and husband, Brad; nine great-grandchildren, Brytni Green and husband, Garrett; Jane Browning and husband, Caleb; Dalton Wayne Ritchie, Ashlynn Smith, Madison Hord, Carter Lane Ritchie, Callie Cotton, Abby Policky, and Kaden Shane Ritchie; and two great-great-grandchildren, Blake Shane Green and Graham Michael Green; along with many nieces and nephews.

The family sends a special "thank you" to the staffs of Hospice of Wichita Falls and Advanced Rehab for the excellent care and kindness shown to their mother.
