Vicky Lynn Hodges, 71, entered the gates of Heaven on July 1, 2021.

The family will receive friends at a visitation from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 5 ^th at Lunn's. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6 ^th at Lunn's. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.

Vicky was born May 17, 1950, in Littlefield, Texas, to Emmitt and Elizabeth Hobson. They moved to Wichita Falls, Texas, when she was 2 years old. She attended Lamar Elementary, Reagan Jr High, and Old High, graduating in 1968. She had worked for Foster Cathead, Anderson Oil & Gas, and Midwestern State University. She was a Mary Kay consultant for over 20 years. She previously served as secretary to the Nine Man Board of the Clay County Pioneer Association for over 30 years.

Vicky enjoyed spending time with her friends, whether it was a trip to Bill's to eat fish, going to a jamboree in any surrounding small town, or driving to Dallas to get her hair done. Her social calendar was always full.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved dog, Eddie.

She is survived by her daughter Cinda Seabourn Cannedy and husband Marc; her brother, Don Hobson; her sweet dog Odie; and a multitude of friends.
