Vida N. Bunton, of Thornberry, Texas, passed away July 8, 2024, at the age of 90.

The family will not be having a memorial service per her wishes.

Vida was born to Josephine Anders and Dewey Holstein on March 17, 1934, in Vanderbilt, Texas. Vida married W.L. "Bill" Bunton on September 20, 1957. She supported Bill during his service in the USAF and then in his venture as a tractor dealer in Thornberry, where she grew vegetables for all to come pick and ran a little odd and ends store front.

Vida is survived by her son, Michael Bunton and wife Cessna; daughter, Sandra Caskey and husband Donald; granddaughters, Christina Wiktor(Bunton) and Jennifer Caskey; grandsons, Jesse Bunton and Kyle Caskey; step grandsons, Kim Lequigan and Jaicass Paler; step granddaughter, Jaina Lequigan; great grandson, William Bunton; great granddaughters, Makenzie Wiktor, Samantha Bunton, and Addison Bunton.
