Virginia (Henderson) Catlin passed away Friday, November 14th, 2025 at the age of 84 in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, November the 17th at Highland Cemetery's Pavilion in Iowa Park, Texas, with Daniel Robertson officiating.

Virginia was born December 22, 1940, in Sunset, Texas, to Grady and Nancy Henderson. She attended school in Valley View and Iowa Park. Virginia married her high school sweetheart, Cecil Carl Catlin September 22, 1956.

Virginia worked alongside her husband in the oil and gas business and for State National Bank in Iowa Park. Her true love was shopping, spoiling her grand and great grandchildren, traveling and worshipping Jesus.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her four, siblings: Junior Henderson, Sammy Henderson, Billye Shook and Pat Russell.

Surviving family includes her son, Randy Catlin and wife Darleta; daughter, Tami Ligon and husband, Jay; her grandchildren, Brandi Swenson, Toby Catlin, Brittany Ratliff & Bree Taylor. Her great grandchildren, Micah & Landre Swenson, Caden & Kelsie Catlin, Makiya & Maddux Ratliff, Brenden Green, Lauren Voyles & Jaden Beavers. Her sister-in-laws; Charlene Rusk, Carol Ridlehuber, Norlene Catlin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials suggested to Highland Cemetery in Iowa Park and Hospice of Wichita Falls.
