Dylan Blake Rippy, 23, was unexpectedly called to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Friday, January 18, 2019.

The family would like to invite all of those who knew and loved Dylan to join them at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, at the Cowboy Church, Highway 281, in Wichita Falls for a memorial service to celebrate his life.

Dylan was born on February 21, 1995, in Wichita Falls. He attended school in Wichita Falls and Plano, and he graduated from Hobbs High School in Hobbs, New Mexico. He then attended Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, New Mexico. Dylan returned to Wichita Falls in 2013 and was employed by Standard Sales in Wichita Falls.

Dylan was an incredible son, brother and friend. He never met a stranger and was the life of the party wherever he was. He was always willing to help others, and the smile on his face was contagious. Dylanís adventurous, free spirit gave all that knew him a love of life.

Dylan is survived by his mother, Lori Elmore and husband, Bob of Wichita Falls, TX; father, Steve Rippy and wife, Christy White of Hobbs, NM; a brother, Tyler Rippy of Plano, TX; his beloved dog and best friend, Charles; his grandmothers, Aloma McConnell and June Rippy; aunts and uncles, A.D. and Stephanie Hambright of Iowa Park, TX; Rick and Judy Rippy of Hobbs, NM; Eddie and Christie McConnell of Corpus Chrisiti, TX. and Cheryl and Russell Pool of Mt. Pleasant, TX. He also leaves behind his step-siblings, Taylor and Jake Kennedy, Brady Elmore and Samantha Trejo; Myles and Mason McGinty of Wichita Falls; Alex White of Las Cruces, NM; Brittany Munsey of Granbury, TX; Kaelee Chandler of Albuquerque, NM; Chelsea Griebel, Shelby Wilson and Nicholas Havlick of Hobbs, NM; cousins, Amanda Sallee and husband, Dustin, of Jean, TX; Jessica Weaver and husband, Jarrid of Wichita Falls, TX; Shane Rippy of Hobbs, NM; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
